Frequently asked questions
Yes. We sell only to adults 21 and older in every state we serve, even where a medical programme allows a younger age. You confirm your age on the site; a government-issued photo ID is checked again at delivery. Age acknowledgement is not identity verification.
The shop is open. We deliver in every U.S. state where adult-use cannabis is legal: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and Washington, plus the District of Columbia. An order is fulfilled inside the same state as the delivery address. Cannabis cannot lawfully cross a state line — not by post, not by courier.
No. This shop is delivery only. Place the order with a street address in a served state. A government-issued photo ID that matches the order name is checked at the door.
Orders start at $100. The basket shows how much more to add before you can check out.
Local delivery is 30 minutes to 1 hour. Shipping out of town, still inside the same legal state, is 2 to 3 days. Both windows are estimates. The basket shows which applies to your address before you pay.
Delivery is free on orders over $150. Below that, a flat fee is shown in the basket. Local runs take 30 minutes to 1 hour. Out-of-town shipping takes 2 to 3 days.
Checkout accepts Cash App, Chime and Apple Pay. We do not take credit or debit cards, and we do not take cash at the door. Place the order, then we contact you with the payment details for the method you chose. Quote your order number. Nothing is charged until then.
No. Orders are paid in full when they are placed, so the driver carries no cash. Handover is an ID check and a signature.
Thirty days on unopened items with the factory seal intact. Opened cannabis products cannot lawfully be returned in any state we operate in. Damaged-in-transit and wrong items are replaced or refunded. Start a return from Contact with your order number.
Yes. Every order leaves in unbranded outer packaging with no logo, shop name or product reference. Items are sealed in an opaque odour-proof pouch. Drivers use unmarked vehicles and do not announce the contents. An adult 21 or older must still sign.
Stay in the green.
