Who you are buying from

Goodvibesgreen is an open dispensary business. We deliver in every U.S. state where adult-use cannabis is legal. Your contract is with the licensed operation that fulfils the order inside your state. Cannabis cannot lawfully leave that state.

Eligibility

You must be 21 or older, physically located in a state we serve at the time of ordering, and buying for your own use. You may not resell anything bought here, and you may not carry it across a state line.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline any order — for instance if the address falls outside a delivery area, if a batch has sold through between the basket and the confirmation, if the ID check fails at handover, or if we have reason to believe the order breaches these terms.

Prices are taken from the live catalogue when the order is placed, so the total you are charged matches the current listed price rather than a stale browser tab.

Pricing, discounts and errors

• Orders start at $100. The basket says how far off it is before you reach checkout.
• Delivery is free on orders over $150. Below that, a flat fee is shown in the basket.
• Where a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we may cancel and refund rather than honour it, and we will tell you why.

Delivery

Local delivery is 30 minutes to 1 hour. Shipping out of town, inside the same legal state, is 2 to 3 days. Windows are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk pass to you at handover. See Delivery & shipping for the detail.

Discreet packaging

Every order leaves us in unbranded outer packaging bearing no logo, dispensary name or product reference, with each item sealed in an opaque odour-proof pouch. Delivery is carried in an unmarked vehicle by a driver who does not announce its contents. This is a term of sale and not a preference you have to ask for.

Two limits, stated rather than buried. The packing note inside must carry batch references and the warnings state law requires, which we cannot remove. And discretion does not extend to leaving an order unattended: if no adult 21 or older is present to sign, the driver takes it back.

Returns

Thirty days on unopened items. Opened cannabis products cannot lawfully be returned in any state we operate in. See Returns.

Product information

Cannabinoid figures, terpene profiles and lab results appear only when the product record includes them. Missing numbers stay blank. Discovery tags — relax, sleep, focus — are browsing aids, not predictions of effect, and nothing on this site is a medical claim. Cannabis affects people differently.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access administrative areas, probe the site for vulnerabilities, scrape the catalogue at volume, or use the site to break the law. We log administrative access and rate-limit the endpoints that matter.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

The law of the state in which your order was fulfilled governs these terms, and its courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the date below tells you when it last moved.
