Our commitment

This site is built toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is a floor rather than a finish line, and where we fall short we would rather hear about it than not know.

What is built in

• Full keyboard operation. Age gate, menus, search, filters and the basket work without a mouse.
• Focus is visible. Interactive controls show a focus ring; dialogs return focus when they close.
• A skip link is the first thing in the tab order on every page.
• Semantic structure. One H1 per page, headings in order, real landmarks, and accessible names on icon-only controls.
• Touch targets are sized for phones, including the lower navigation.
• Motion is optional. prefers-reduced-motion stops hero autoplay and other motion.
• Images are described where they carry meaning; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.

Colour and contrast

Body text is set for contrast against cream paper. Accent lime is used for emphasis and links rather than long paragraphs.

Known limitations

• The catalogue is large. Filtering updates the result count, but paging through many results is still a long read for a screen-reader user.
• Some product photography is supplied with the catalogue record. Alt text is taken from the product name rather than written per composition.
