An order is fulfilled inside the same state as the delivery address. Cannabis cannot lawfully cross a state line — not by post, not by courier.

Local delivery is 30 minutes to 1 hour. Shipping out of town, still inside the same legal state, is 2 to 3 days. Both windows are estimates. The basket shows which applies to your address before you pay.
Delivery is free on orders over $150. Below that, a flat fee is shown in the basket. Local runs take 30 minutes to 1 hour. Out-of-town shipping takes 2 to 3 days.
Checkout accepts Cash App, Chime and Apple Pay. We do not take credit or debit cards, and we do not take cash at the door. Place the order, then we contact you with the payment details for the method you chose. Quote your order number. Nothing is charged until then.
No. Orders are paid in full when they are placed, so the driver carries no cash. Handover is an ID check and a signature.
Thirty days on unopened items with the factory seal intact. Opened cannabis products cannot lawfully be returned in any state we operate in. Damaged-in-transit and wrong items are replaced or refunded. Start a return from Contact with your order number.
Yes. Every order leaves in unbranded outer packaging with no logo, shop name or product reference. Items are sealed in an opaque odour-proof pouch. Drivers use unmarked vehicles and do not announce the contents. An adult 21 or older must still sign.
